SEO · KEYWORD RESEARCH

Find the searches worth winning.

Not every keyword is worth chasing. We size the searches your customers make by volume, intent and how hard they are to rank for, then map each one to the page that should win it.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everything a keyword plan needs.

A list of keywords is not a plan. Every project ends with targets you can act on and the pages to win them.

  • Search demand

The real phrases people type when they look for what you sell, grouped by topic and service.
  • Intent sorting

Searches split into ready to buy, comparing options and just learning, so each gets the right kind of page.
  • Difficulty and competition

How hard each search is to rank for, and which sites already hold the top spots.
  • Local variations

City, neighborhood and "near me" versions of your core searches for the areas you serve.
  • Keyword to page mapping

Each target assigned to one page, so your own pages don't compete with each other.
  • A prioritized list

Targets ranked by what is most likely to bring customers first, not by raw search volume.

HOW WE CHOOSE

Three filters for every keyword.

Volume alone sends you after traffic that never buys. Each search has to pass all three before it goes on your plan.

  • 01

    Does it bring buyers?

A search like "garage door repair near me" comes from someone who needs help now. We put those ahead of broad, curious searches.

  • 02

    Can you realistically rank?

We compare your site with the pages already on page one. Some targets take months of authority building; some are open now.

  • 03

Do you have the right page?

If no page on your site answers the search well, the plan says what to build or rewrite before we expect it to rank.

HOW IT WORKS

From a guess to a target list.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Your services, customers, locations and the competitors you lose work to.

  2. 02

    Research

Search demand, intent and difficulty gathered for every service and area.

  3. 03

    Mapping

Each target matched to an existing page or a page that needs to be built.

  4. 04

    Prioritize

A ranked plan in plain language, reviewed as rankings and search behavior change.

WHO IT FITS

Who it fits.

Keyword research comes first in every SEO plan. It is also useful on its own.

  • Businesses starting SEO who need to know where to focus
  • Sites with plenty of traffic but few calls or leads
  • Teams planning a new website or a content calendar
  • Companies adding new services or new areas they serve

Why not just target the keywords with the most searches?

High-volume searches are often broad, competitive and full of people who are not ready to buy. A smaller search with clear buying intent usually brings more customers for less work.

How often should keyword research be updated?

Search behavior changes with seasons, new services and new competitors. We review targets as part of ongoing SEO and update them when the data shows a shift.

Can you do keyword research without ongoing SEO?

Yes. Some clients take the target list and page map to their own team or use it to plan a new website. Most pair it with on-page work so the plan gets put to use.

Will ranking for these keywords be guaranteed?

No. Nobody controls Google. Good research makes sure the effort goes toward searches that are worth winning and realistic to rank for.
